New year’s resolutions not hitting the mark? 

TAKE HEART!  Today is still the first day of the rest of your life.  You were born for a time such as this.  If you’re a Christ follower, then His power is at your disposal and He wants to assist you in anything you desire to do; that is if it conforms to His family values. 

IT’S TRUE that we only fail when we give up.

IT’S ALSO TRUE THAT our Heavenly Father never gives up on us.

IN FACT the bible tells us in Lamentations 3:22 & 23, “God's loyal love couldn't have run out, his merciful love couldn't have dried up for us.  They're created new every morning.  How great your faithfulness our God!" 

As a father with three adult sons I know a little of how God feels towards us, as I also will do whatever is in my power to help my sons achieve their goals. 

IF our goals and dreams, aren’t given sufficient attention they will wither and die from loneliness and malnutrition.Everyday is important!  

What to do!  In Mark 9:23 Jesus said, “IF you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”   Right Now why not take whatever is left of your belief in achieving those goals, ask Jesus for help, refocus, step out and see just what you will achieve.  It will surprise you.   At CCC Mackay we are here to help you achieve all that is good and great. The balls in your court!
